Together, we will tailor our approach to your unique needs and preferences, exploring techniques that resonate with you and setting aside those that do not.

· Metaphor and self-exploration: Using metaphor to explore different aspects of yourself, clarify internal conflicts, and gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
· Creative expression: Utilizing creative tools like drawing, art, or small figures to tap into your emotions and gain new insights. This can be especially helpful for those who struggle to put experiences into words.
· Visualization: Using guided imagery to help you feel more grounded and focused, making it easier to explore challenging topics.
